Sharp objects : a novel by Gillian Flynn

Not my normal read. I read Gone Girl first and had to have another taste and see if the author could "wow" me twice. This book did just that! The twisted ending fit and I had to read who did it twice. Raw, disturbed and calculated is the bottom line. An awesome book. The characters are as screwed up as the title suggests. Crime and betrayal are just a couple words to describe this story!  )

Graveminder by Melissa Marr

When I first read the cover I was a little worried. This book was recommended from a friend. This book had me until the end. I won't add a spoiler. It's a favorite of mine and I have lent my copy out several times. In fact, I have just recently borrowed it out again. This book has a small town setting and Rebekkah Barrow has the destiny to fulfill and romance follows. Full of family secrets. Caring for the dead has a new meaning. :) I was easily taken in by the story and the characters. Wish it hadn't ended.  )

Rich dad poor dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki

I can quote many parts of this book! This teaches need vs want. Teaches you if it's not an asset to your life then loose it. It's direct and to the point and makes so much sense. Everyone should read this book once in their life. I've lent out every copy and let them keep it because they loved it like I did. I need to get another copy again. It's a book you can go back and reference over and over. This book isn't a story it's learning what you've always known however it's written in a way you can relate and think" wow I always had the feeling I should've done that" )
